We have many pages on similar credit unions. I've been through an AfD about a similar credit union with less sourcing that was kept. This one has 110,000 owners and existed since 1955. Many WP:LISTED companies have fewer shareholders. Copyvio check passed. Legacypac (talk) 22:08, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
Alleged undisclosed paid editing?
[edit]Where is the proof of this allegation? What would you propose to change about the page to remedy this? I've looked over the page and find it factual, in encyclopedic wording and not promotional. Legacypac (talk) 22:24, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
- Legacypac On my talk page User:PatriciaHartley said..."I'm working with the credit union's team to get this entry optimized to be published AT THEIR REQUEST." Theroadislong (talk) 22:32, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
- Ok that's fine. The user should post the appropriate disclosures. Legacypac (talk) 22:34, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
Conflict of interest from my talk page
[edit]What on earth are you talking about? I help the credit union research and their history for this post as part of my writing services contract with them and it's a conflict of interest? It's my JOB. Can you please remove the disclaimer at the top that it was created for undisclosed payments? PatriciaHartley (talk) 23:16, 13 February 2019 (UTC)Patricia
- PatriciaHartley But that is exactly what you have done? You have edited for payment without disclosing it! Theroadislong (talk) 08:15, 14 February 2019 (UTC)
- Seems to be a misunderstanding of policy not an attempt to hide that the user does work for the subject, which they have been very open about. I think this is now resolved. Legacypac (talk) 17:51, 14 February 2019 (UTC)
